Breville The Bakery Chef Hub Stand Mixer

The Bakery Chef Hub Stand Mixer mixes doughs, batters and ingredients in a 4.8L bowl for home baking and meal preparation.

A 1000W direct drive motor powers seven speed settings, making it suitable for tasks from folding to whipping. The planetary mixing action ensures 360 degree bowl coverage, while the concealed attachments hub accepts compatible Breville mixer accessories for expanded functionality. The die cast metal body adds durability and stability, and the transparent splash guard with pouring channel helps minimise mess during mixing.

Knob controls and a count-up/count-down timer provide extra control over mixing routines. The mixer is not dishwasher safe, so parts must be cleaned by hand. Included attachments are a double-sided scraper beater, wire whisk, dough hook/kneader and splash guard.

Model LEM750BTR in black comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
