Crest Single Socket Surge Protector

The Single Socket Surge Protector powers one appliance while protecting it from sudden voltage spikes.

This Crest surge protector is designed for household whitegoods such as refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, clothes dryers, dishwashers and microwave ovens. Its compact size fits easily behind kitchen or laundry appliances, making it suitable for homes that need reliable surge protection for a single device. The unit is rated for appliances up to 2400W on a 10A circuit, so it covers most common whitegoods.

Surge protection is provided by a fireproof metal oxide varistor that disconnects itself when unsafe conditions are detected. The device is rated at 1,800 joules, with a maximum current of 144,000A and spike voltage of 6,000V. Indicator lights show the protection status, and the self-tripping feature helps safeguard appliances during power surges.

Model PWU01905 in white comes with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty.
