Miele 45cm Steam Oven with Sous Vide Function and Automatic Cooking Programmes Obsidian Black

The DG7440 Steam Oven Obsidian Black steams, reheats, defrosts, and cooks sous-vide dishes with precision for home kitchens.

With a 40L capacity and 60cm width, this Miele steam oven suits households looking to complement their main oven with dedicated steam cooking. DualSteam technology spreads steam quickly and evenly throughout the cavity, helping achieve consistent results across trays. Touch controls and a programmable timer make it easy to set up cooking routines, while two shelves and four positions allow flexible arrangement for different foods.

Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote control via the Miele@home app, letting you monitor and adjust settings from your device. The oven features an external steam generator for rapid steam delivery, SoftOpen and SoftClose doors for smooth operation, and automatic programmes to simplify meal preparation. LED lighting ensures clear visibility inside the oven, and the unit must be installed by a licensed electrician.
