Philips 5000 Series Steam Iron Dark Purple

The 5000 Series Steam Iron Dark Purple releases 45g/min of steam and delivers a 180g steam shot to smooth out creases in everyday and thicker fabrics.

This Philips corded iron is suited to regular household laundry, including shirts, uniforms and mixed loads. Its vertical steam function lets you freshen hanging garments or curtains without needing an ironing board, while the comfortable, textured handle makes longer ironing sessions easier.

The SteamGlide Plus soleplate glides smoothly across fabrics and resists scratches, helping to keep clothes spotless. A built-in calc-clean slider manages mineral build-up from water, which is useful for homes in hard-water areas. The iron heats quickly with 2400 watts of power and has a 0.32L water capacity.

Model DST5030/80 in purple comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
