Sunbeam Food Dehydrator

The Food Dehydrator dries fruits, vegetables, and meats using three heat settings and a 370W motor.

This compact benchtop appliance fits easily in most kitchens, measuring 190mm high, 350mm wide, and 330mm deep. Five stackable drying racks provide versatile capacity for preparing snacks or ingredients, while the included fruit roll tray lets you make fruit leathers and purees. The manual controls allow you to select a lower setting for delicate foods like herbs or fruit, or a higher setting for vegetables and meats.

A convection fan circulates air across all trays for consistent drying results. The unit is not dishwasher safe, so racks and trays should be cleaned by hand. Accessories include a fruit roll tray and five drying racks.

Model DT5600 in black comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
