Therabody RecoveryTherm Cube

The Recovery Therm Cube applies targeted heat, cold, or contrast therapy to small muscle areas.

Compact and lightweight at 0.45kg, this Therabody heat pad is designed for spot treatment on areas like calves, forearms, or shoulders. Adjustable neoprene and Velcro straps let you secure the device hands-free or use it handheld, making it suitable for use at home, at the gym, or on the go.

Three preset modes deliver precise temperature control: heat for up to 24 minutes at 35, 38.9, or 42.8 degrees C, cold for up to 18 minutes at 16.1, 12.2, or 7.8 degrees C, and contrast therapy alternating between 7.8 and 42.8 degrees C for 20 minutes. The rechargeable battery provides up to 120 minutes of use for heat or cold modes, and 60 minutes for contrast therapy. USB-C charging and auto shut-off add convenience and safety.
